64 year old female with new diagnosis of infiltrating lobular carcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma in the opposite breast
Sagittal T2W FS Axial T1W FS post gad
MRI: 5-mm diameter, poorly-defined lesion that has progressive enhancement. The morphology of the lesion is indeterminate.

Enhancement: Progressive in the first two phases then mild wash out

Mammogram: outside studies report no suspicious finding in this area
Ultrasound
Diagnosis: Dense hyalinized perilobular fibrosis (fibrous mastopathy)
The morphology of this lesion was indeterminate on MRI. The solid mass demonstrated on directed ultrasound was suspicious for malignancy and needed biopsy, especially in light of malignancy in the contralateral breast.
