History:
Intensive care unit patient, daily portable chest radiograph.
Tasks
- Identify the study (how was it done? what was the position of the patient?)
- Identify the major anatomic structures
- Identify the lines, tubes, and other appliances: what are they? what is their function? what is their location?
- Are all the lines and tubes in proper position?
- Identify any other findings (heart size and position, lungs, air in the wrong place, fluid in the wrong place)
