Mammogram: 1.2 cm nodule in the mid upper posterior left breast at the 11-12 o'clock position, new since prior year

Ultrasound
	Irregular, slightly lobulated, isoechoic to slightly hyperechoic mass which was palpable

Diagnosis: Infiltrating lobular carcinoma, alveolar type
Heterogeneous enhancement can mimic nonenhancing septations
